explainys.js jQuery plugin for adding side tags to your articles. It can be described as the opposite of hovering bubbles.
Noticeable: Implemented using the html5 details element. Chrome 12 and later is the only browser that fully supports this component. No backup methods have been implemented.

How to make use of it:
1. Load the jQuery library and jQuery plugin files ys.js annotation into the document.

2. Use the data title and data annotation attributes to create a footnote/side margin.

3. Create an empty container to place the footnote/sidenote.

4. Call the function to initialize the plugin with default options.
