jquery.lazyScript plugin executes any JavaScript code in lazy mode. Simply provide a callback to execute for each element that appears in the viewport.

How to make use of it:
1. Load the jQuery lazyscript plugin after loading the jQuery Javascript library.

2. Add a custom CSS class to the images you want to delay loading until they reach the viewport.

3. Initialize the plugin.
$(document).ready(function () { $(window).lazyScript({ selectorClass: 'lazy', callback: jQuery.noop, threshold: 0, scrollInterval: 500 }); });
Available options:
- selectorClass (string) Name of the class used to select the lazy elements. Note that the class is removed after the callback to avoid being executed twice (unless your callback returns
false
). By default is lazy - callback (function) The callback is executed for each lazy element. The argument provided is the jquery object with the element.
- threshold (integer) By default is 0
- scrollInterval (integer) Defines the duration of the timeout used to while scrolling to prevent triggering the scroll callback too many times and improve the performance. By default is 500.
